Anne Hathaway made a triumphant appearance at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, to introduce her latest project, The Idea of You, the highly anticipated film believed to be based on a Harry Styles fanfic that will hit Prime Video on May 2. To kick off this promotional tour, the "Devil Wears Prada" star opted for a rhinestone-encrusted mini dress from French fashion house Patou's spring-summer 2024 collection. Although the catwalk garment had a bow across the chest, Hathaway and her stylist Erin Walsh ditched it to give the dress a more standard baby doll silhouette.Anne Hathaway accessorised her dress with a pair of metallic sandals and some simple bracelets. Her only other accessory was a silver handbag, and her cosmetic look would have fit right in at Coachella 2024. She kept her brown hair loose, with curls and completely natural makeup.
Those boho touches may not have been accidental. After all, "The Idea of You" follows the love story of Salty Marchand (Hathaway), who meets boyband member Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine) at Coachella, and is there a better place to see the boho trend unfold?
