A walk into a modern Renaissance.
Ferragamo's Holiday 2023 campaign presents an exciting mix of tradition and innovation against the backdrop of Florence, a city that is an integral part of the brand's heritage and its vision of a new Renaissance.
In this unique campaign, two different artistic approaches come together to tell Ferragamo's story. Renowned Italian artist Paolo Ventura offers a new interpretation of iconic symbols of Florence, turning the photos into works of art.
The campaign transforms Florence's historic charm into a stage for fusing past and present. It juxtaposes the classic and the traditional with the new. This synergy highlights the heritage of Ferragamo's founders and the energetic direction under the leadership of Maximilian Davis. Iconic sites such as the Palazzo Vecchio, the Neptune Fountain, the Palazzo Spini Ferroni and the Basilica di Santa Maria Novella are presented in a theatrical, almost surreal way, highlighting the city's architecture, people and Maximilian Davis' distinctive Ferragamo creations.
True to the heritage of the brand's founder, the festive campaign features iconic Ferragamo footwear, including Gancini loafers and raincoats with cut-out details. The Fiamma shoulder bag and Hug bag also accompany the ready-to-wear pieces in the festive selection. Outdoorsy ski looks, denim and elegant tailored silhouettes make up this whole Florence dream. Delicate scarves and small leather goods from Ferragamo also join the collection, just in time for the season of festive gifts.
