Nadezhda Vane-Kibulski headed the women's department of the top brand for seven glorious years. Her concept is traditionally based on discreet luxury that changes colour, shape and structure with a subtle gesture.

The Spring/Summer 2024 season once again shows that everything at Hermes is down to the phenomenal work of the shadow team. Backstage at the show, the creative director explained that the colours - burgundy, maroon, black, red and brown - are "actually the colours of the coat". They are also so characteristic of the brand that they have specific names, such as Rouge H and Opera Red.

For the set design, Vane-Tsibulski chooses reeds and flowers to tell the story of the relationship between women and clothes. She, the ageless Frenchwoman, wears knitted corsets paired with perforated high-waisted skirts, safari dresses and relaxed jackets, suit jackets and summer coats all in one range. When she chooses shoes, she opts for flat and comfortable soles and likes her bag to be roomy.
