Each year, the Gotham Awards honour the most popular films and series. So it's no coincidence that Luca Guadagnino's The Contenders was shortlisted for 2024. With Zendaya, Josh O'Connor and Mike Fast in the cast, this feature film about love and tennis was one of the most talked about of the year. Zendaya's performance was particularly noteworthy and she surprisingly received the Spotlight Tribute Award.For the occasion, the star appeared in a particularly elegant look- a custom Louis Vuitton gown in white satin with an open back.
