Victoria Beckham creates the office wear we will all emulate this winter

Only Victoria Beckham can give an ordinary work morning such a burst of fashion. The British fashion designer was spotted getting into her Ferrari and showcasing an enchanting outfit that is sure to inspire us in the autumn/winter 2024 2025 season.
At the centre of this simultaneously restrained and sophisticated ensemble was a pair of brown pleated trousers - the kind of garment with a formal twist that has been making a comeback over the past year, appearing in the collections of brands such as The Row, Prada and Max Mara. In particular, the model worn by the former Posh Spice was a prime example of rethinking the classic in line with the hallmarks of contemporary luxury. Although strictly tailored, these flared trousers actually presented a soft and relaxed silhouette in which the pleating, rather than suggesting a sense of rigidity, emphasised movement with elegant fluidity. Among the most interesting design details were the high waist, the flap pockets and the unexpected horizontal seam at mid-thigh. A trouser pattern that lends itself to being worn with both heels and sneakers, according to the latest street style trends.

Victoria Beckham opted to give her look a strong colour palette, but being the style icon she is, she did it in a way that wasn't predictable, teaming her brown pleated trousers with a bright red polo sweater and maxi bag. As a bare stomach isn't ideal for dealing with London's harsh late autumn weather, Victoria had the clever idea to wear the jumper over a fitted top in the same bright shade.Completing the outfit were a pair of black maxi glasses with square frames and a small burgundy leather belt with a metal clasp. More specifically, the latter was a mini 'Dorian' bag from Victoria Beckham's own eponymous brand. This is a model originally fitted with a shoulder strap that the designer chose to carry as a handbag.
